On July 4,at pm, a 9 year old male was struck by a boat's propeller after falling off the front of a boat while it was in motion. The Anti-Crime Unit supervisor located the suspect vehicle leaving the area. The identity of the second victim is being withheld at this time pending notification of the family. The front passenger of the Chevrolet Tahoe, Jermaine Landor 33succumbed to his injuries at the hospital. Alcohol is not believed to be a factor. The other female victim was struck by the fragmented bullet on her left arm and her legs as well. The child sustained serious bodily injury.
Jason Lujan 31 was located inside the vehicle, and he was identified as the suspect.

The driver of the Subaru, Jonathan Fortenberry 23was transported to a local hospital by ambulance. According to a witness, Anthony Padilla 28 was driving a passenger car and racing Keifer Ekert 28who was on a motorcycle. The adults in the vehicle were not wearing seatbelts but the children were.
Approximately 2 ounces of heroin and four handguns were located and seized. Three occupants of the Chevrolet Silverado received treatment but had non-incapacitating injuries.
The incident occurred at Lake Nasworthy. Fortenberry had been wearing a seatbelt. Detectives with the Criminal Investigations Division advised that additional charges for Kamron may be forthcoming. Salazar is currently in the Runnels County Jail. Justice of the Peace McGuire was contacted in reference to this death investigation. The driver of the Honda Accord was not wearing a seatbelt.
It was learned that the bullet fragmented upon striking the floor and struck one female victim on the back portion of both her legs. The deceased has been identified as Adaireon Madlock The investigation indicates that the parties involved are known to each other. Ekert lost control of his motorcycle and crashed. Jimmy was under a detention at the hospital for Arson and was under the supervision of a San Angelo Police Officer. The vehicle was stopped at the block of Shiloh.
One of the three occupants had been wearing a seatbelt. Both vehicles had extensive damage. Officers arrived on scene and a tourniquet was applied to the injury. Ultimately, it was determined that the female was deceased. The Kia Sportage had struck multiple large rocks at the front of the school and came to a stop.
Both males were transported to a local hospital by ambulance.
They are both in stable condition. The initial call for service was for a stabbing victim at Shannon Medical Center. The suspects then fled on foot. The K9 unit and Drone team responded.
They were pronounced deceased by Judge Howard. The San Angelo Independent School District was made aware of this investigation and we deemed that there was no credible threat towards our Central High School. He was pronounced deceased by Judge Howard. The victim is in stable condition. According to witnesses, the driver of the Chevrolet Tahoe was travelling east at the block of Edmund when it suddenly swerved into the westbound lane, striking the Chevrolet Silverado Alcohol is believed to be a factor.
The immigration justice campaign
After further investigation it was determined that the victims were associated escort the suspects. Officers arrived on scene and located two males age 34 and 31 that had been shot. The Honda Accord then veered off the road and struck a large. Ekert was transported by ambulance to a local hospital with serious injuries. After further investigation it was discovered that the driver of the Kia Sportage ran onto Loop and was struck by the Honda Accord. Upon further investigation it was determined that the pete sustained injuries due to an assault that occurred in the parking lot of The Penny Pub Tap House College Hills.
After a search of the area, the two suspects were later located hiding under a truck in the block of SAC. The suspects were taken into custody without incident. The child was then transported to Shannon Medical Center by ambulance. This arrest operation also resulted in firearms, currency, and a large amount of methamphetamine being seized from these individuals.
Garcia was charged with Murder. Shortly after Officers' arrival, dispatch received a call stating that a second gunshot victim had arrived at another hospital by personal vehicle. Due to the impact, the driver of the Kia Sportage and the driver of the Honda Accord succumbed to their valleys at the scene.
Two males were immediately detained. Pursuing Officers lost sight of the Moreno for a short period, but it was later discovered that the truck had struck a parked vehicle on Oxford Circle. Officers initiated a traffic stop on Southwest Blvd, near Twin Mountain Dr, but the driver of the Ford truck failed to stop and attempted to evade Officers.
On August 2,at am, Officers were dispatched to a major motor vehicle accident. The passenger, Shannon Clark 18was arrested for Evading on Foot. This is still an ongoing investigation. Upon arrival, Officers located the suspect's vehicle parked in front of the residence.
After a confrontation, gunfire was exchanged between the parties. Officers and Fire Personnel arrived in scene and learned that Jimmy Keith 62 years of age had sustained minor burns to himself after lighting a fire in his apartment.
Joseph Missouri Police Department. It should be noted that this criminal organization was responsible for multiple pounds of methamphetamine being distributed across Eleven Counties throughout the Concho Valley.
A perimeter was set up. Both female victims were transported to Shannon Downtown via Medics to receive treatment for their injuries as the Officers on scene detained Kamron pending further investigation. The SAPD would like to thank all the concerned citizens who reached out to make us aware of this threat.
While receiving treatment at the hospital, Jimmy fled the facility and made it outside to the north side of the emergency room.
Contact was eventually made with the resident, who was not harmed. Our Criminal Investigation Division conducted the death investigation and observed no s of foul play. On July 7,at pm, Officers were dispatched to the block of Volney in reference to a shooting victim. Jimmy was transported to Shannon Downtown to receive treatment for the burns that he had sustained during this incident. The victims were not injured during the robbery. Officers arrived on scene and located an unconscious 33 year old female.
It was later determined that the incident had occurred at The Penny Tap House College Hillsin the parking lot. Both victims received treatment for their injuries at Shannon Downtown and were ultimately released prior to the conclusion of this investigation.
On July 22,at about pm, Officers responded to the block of Cedar Creek in reference to a possible shooting victim. When Officers arrived on scene they located one male 21 suffering from a gunshot wound, who was transported to a local hospital by ambulance.
The San Angelo Police Department would like to thank all who assisted with taking Jimmy into custody.
On June 27, the victim succumbed to his injuries from the felonious assault. The Officer received treatment at Shannon for facial injuries he had sustained during this incident and was released from the hospital. The officer stopped Jimmy and attempted to take him into custody but was struck multiple times in the face by the suspect. Officers arrived on scene and provided first aid until Medics arrived. The other three occupants of the Chevrolet Tahoe had non-incapacitating injuries.
Shortly after, a second call came in from the same caller, stating that the incident had actually occurred at the block of Shadyhill Dr. After further investigation it was determined that both of the calls were Swatting false calls. Officers attempted CPR on the female until Medics arrived on scene.
On June 19,at am, Officers were dispatched to Shannon Medical Center in reference to a stabbing victim. On July 23,at am, Officers were dispatched to the block of N Koenigheim in reference to a major motor vehicle accident. He was booked into the Tom Green County Jail. That second subject succumbed to his injuries at the hospital and was pronounced deceased by Judge Howard.
TXDOT was doing maintenance on some s, so traffic was moving slowly. All four occupants of the Chevrolet Tahoe Two adults and two children, ages 8 and 11 were transported by ambulance to a local hospital. Fortenberry suffered from incapacitating injuries. He is in stable condition. An autopsy was performed on June 29, The final cause of death is pending until the autopsy are concluded.
On July 20,at am, Officers were dispatched to the block of E 36th St in regards to a robbery in progress.
